Personal Alchemy is a path to Individuation, the process of becoming a truly integrated adult capable of interfacing with your own inner divinity. This is not surface-level coaching; it is deep, transformative work for those ready to evolve, whether you are driven by relentless ambition or navigating a "dark night of the soul."
We will work to synthesize your light and shadow. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dream interpretation, Shadow Work, and Active Imagination as tools to explore self realization, and work through blocks in your own being.
Over time you will learn to make decisions from deep inner knowing, integrate your shadow without collapsing, and create from your soul. This process will invite your own unique divine genius into your life.
The Container
Format: 60-Minute Video Call (Conversation + Active Practice).
Integration: Every Call Includes a post-session summary with personalized tools to ensure the work takes root that will be emailed to you a few days after the session concludes.
Cancellation Policy
We understand life happens, and are open to rescheduling or cancellation of sessions. If you need to reschedule please be aware that we require all session bookings (including reschedules) to be done 24 hours in advance.
